1. Acceptance

These Terms of Service govern your access to and use of this website and its content (the “Site”), operated by Vela Nine. By browsing the Site you accept them. Purchases are additionally governed by our Terms of Sale.

2. Using the Site

You may use the Site for lawful, personal purposes only. You agree not to disrupt or attempt to gain unauthorised access to the Site, not to introduce malicious code, not to scrape or bulk-extract its content, and not to use it to transmit unlawful, misleading or infringing material.

3. Accounts

If you create an account, keep your credentials confidential — you are responsible for activity under your account. We may suspend an account used in breach of these terms. You can ask us to delete your account at any time.

4. Content and intellectual property

All content on the Site — names, logos, photographs, videos, texts, layouts and code — belongs to Vela Nine or its licensors and is protected by intellectual property law. No part of it may be reproduced or reused without prior written consent, except for normal browsing.

5. Product information

We keep descriptions, measurements and availability as accurate as we can, but the Site may occasionally contain errors. If an error affects an order you have placed, our Terms of Sale set out what happens: any obvious error leads to a correction or a full refund, never a hidden charge.

6. Reviews and submissions

If you submit a review or message, you confirm it is genuine, based on your own experience, and grant us a non-exclusive right to display it on the Site. We do not edit reviews to change their meaning, and we remove content that is unlawful or abusive.

7. Third-party links

The Site may link to third-party sites and services. We are not responsible for their content or their privacy practices.

8. Availability and changes

We may modify, suspend or discontinue any part of the Site at any time. We may also update these Terms of Service; the version published on the Site applies from its publication. Material changes do not apply retroactively to orders already placed.

The Site is provided “as is”. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for damage resulting from the use or unavailability of the Site itself. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited, and nothing affects your rights relating to purchases, which are set out in our Terms of Sale.
