Orders

When will my order arrive?
2-4 working days across the EU, 3-6 for the UK, Norway and Switzerland. You get a tracking link at dispatch.

Can I change or cancel my order?
Contact us within two hours of ordering and we will try to catch it before it is packed. After dispatch, use the free return.

Sizing and fit

What size should I take?
Start with the size guide, then read the advice on the product page — it is written per cut. Every page lists the model's height and the size she wears.

Is the fabric see-through?
Every product page rates opacity from one to five, and stretch on the same scale.

Returns and refunds

How long do I have?
30 days from delivery, unworn and with tags attached. A prepaid label is in every parcel.

When do I get my money back?
3-5 working days after your return reaches our warehouse.

Payment

Which methods can I use?
iDEAL, Klarna, Apple Pay, PayPal and all major cards. Prices include VAT for EU destinations and we cover EU duties.

Products

Will sold-out pieces come back?
Sometimes. Choose the sold-out size on the product page to be emailed if it is restocked — we only send that email when stock is genuinely back.
