Dispatch
Orders placed before 14:00 CET on a working day are dispatched the same day. Orders placed after that, or at the weekend, leave the next working day. You receive a tracking link as soon as the parcel is scanned by the carrier.
Duties and VAT
Prices shown include VAT for EU destinations, and we cover EU duties — there is nothing to pay on delivery. For the UK, Norway and Switzerland, local import charges may apply and are the responsibility of the recipient.

If tracking has not moved for three working days, contact us and we will chase the carrier or send a replacement.
Rates and carriers must be confirmed against your final logistics contract before launch.
