30 days, no explanation needed

You have 30 days from delivery to return anything that is unworn, unwashed and still has its tags attached. A prepaid return label is included in every parcel.

How to return

1. Repack the item with the tags attached — the original mailer is designed to be reused.
2. Attach the prepaid label supplied in your parcel.
3. Drop it at any pick-up point of the carrier printed on the label.
4. Keep the receipt until your refund lands.

Refunds

We refund to the original payment method within 3-5 working days of the return arriving at our warehouse. You receive an email the moment it is processed. Original delivery costs are refunded when the whole order is returned.

Exchanges

The fastest route to a different size is to place a new order and return the first item. That way your size is not held while the parcel travels.

Faulty items

If something arrives damaged or develops a fault, send us a photo and your order number. We cover the return and either replace the item or refund it in full.
