Vela Nine started with a simple frustration: the pieces that photograph well rarely survive a real week, and the pieces that survive a real week rarely feel like anything.

So we design for the whole day. Morning coffee, a desk, a dinner that runs late. Satin heavy enough to skim rather than cling. Rib knit dense enough to be opaque. Trousers cut to hold a line at 8 a.m. and at midnight.

How we work

We release small capsules rather than weekly drops, so each piece earns its place. Every product page lists fabric weight, stretch, opacity, the model's height and the size she wears — because the main reason clothes get returned is that nobody told you what you were buying.
