2. Scope

These terms govern every order placed on this website. By placing an order you accept them. They do not affect your statutory rights as a consumer, which always prevail where they are more favourable.

3. Products and availability

Product pages describe each item’s fabric, fit, measurements and care as accurately as possible. Minor variations in colour may result from your screen settings. All orders are subject to availability; if an item cannot be supplied after you have paid, we refund it in full without delay.

4. Prices and payment

Prices are in euros and include VAT for EU destinations. Delivery is free. Where a former price is shown struck through, it is the reference price against which the current reduction is calculated. We accept iDEAL, Bancontact, Mastercard, Visa, PayPal and the express payment methods shown at checkout. Your payment is captured when the order is confirmed; we never store your card details — payment is processed by our payment providers.

5. Order confirmation

The contract is concluded when we send the order confirmation email. We may refuse or cancel an order in case of obvious pricing error, suspected fraud, or repeated abusive returns — with a full refund of any amount already paid.

6. Delivery

Delivery terms, times and destinations are set out in our Shipping Policy, which forms part of these terms. Risk passes to you on delivery.

7. Returns, withdrawal and refunds

Your right of withdrawal and our 30-day return policy are set out in our Refund Policy, which forms part of these terms.

8. Legal guarantees

As an EU consumer you benefit from the legal guarantee of conformity (minimum two years) and the guarantee against hidden defects. If an item is faulty or not as described, contact us and we will repair, replace or refund it in accordance with those guarantees, at no cost to you.

9. Liability

Nothing in these terms limits our liability where it cannot lawfully be limited, including for death or personal injury caused by negligence or for fraud. Otherwise, our liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for it.

11. Governing law and disputes

These terms are governed by French law, without depriving you of the protection of mandatory rules of the country where you live.
