Where we ship

All European Union countries, plus Norway, Switzerland and the United Kingdom.

Cost and speed

Delivery is free on every order.

• European Union — 2-4 working days.
• UK, Norway, Switzerland — 3-6 working days.

Dispatch

Orders placed before 14:00 CET on a working day are dispatched the same day. Orders placed after that, or at the weekend, leave the next working day. You receive a tracking link as soon as the parcel is scanned by the carrier.

Duties and VAT

Prices shown include VAT for EU destinations, and we cover EU duties — there is nothing to pay on delivery. For the UK, Norway and Switzerland, local import charges may apply and are the responsibility of the recipient.

Delays and lost parcels

If tracking has not moved for three working days, contact us at velanine.pro@gmail.com — we will chase the carrier and, where a parcel is confirmed lost, send a replacement or refund you in full.
